What Makes Us Different

What Makes Us

Different

Efficient Solutions

We actively manage our cases to ensure that claims are efficiently moved towards resolution, all while considering the business side of the decision.  By focusing on early and comprehensive analysis, we can potentially avoid conflict when it is not strategically beneficial to engage, and we are able to keep clients from expending avoidable costs.

Personalized Advocacy

Our team provides representation that is tailored to the specific needs of each client. We are mindful that the dispute is the client’s, and therefore it is the client’s objectives that must be addressed. We value close engagement at an early stage in the dispute process. This gives us an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the case at hand, as well as the various factors influencing the dispute. The end result is a case management strategy that is efficient, cost effective and tailored towards our client’s objectives.

Strategic Aggression

Not every dispute warrants protracted litigation, particularly if the claim can be resolved efficiently at the outset. However, for those claims that cannot be resolved in a reasonable manner, a targeted strategy can often result in an outcome that is both favorable to the client and mindful of the business costs of litigation.

This “strategic aggression” is fundamental to trial advocacy, as it focuses the litigation efforts on issues that matter most. We set reasonable budgets and alternative fee arrangements that provide clients with cost certainty throughout the life of a dispute. We listen to and know our clients’ objectives and expectations. And when strategic aggression is needed to resolve a dispute, we come prepared.
