Hope Touchton has more than 13 years of litigation experience representing corporations, small businesses, and individuals throughout the state of Florida. Hope is committed to consistent client engagement and communication, which is integral to successful defense litigation. She has successfully tried hundreds of bench trials throughout Florida as well as successfully settling many more cases in the best interests of her clients. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Central Florida. 

 Ms. Touchton’s primary focus is litigating first party property insurance claims. Her experience prior to joining Walker, Revels, Greninger, PLLC focused on property and real estate litigation in representing banks, lenders, insurance carriers, property management companies, and other corporations. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida and the Northern District of Florida. She is also a Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator and Arbitrator with the State of Florida.
