Matthew Messina focuses his practice on insurance defense and first-party property matters. An Orlando native, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where he received an Outstanding Achievement Award for Pro Bono Service. During his time in law school, he completed an internship with the United States Court of International Trade where he prepared legal opinions for judicial review in civil actions arising out of the customs and international trade laws of the United States. He garnered additional civil litigation experience working on malpractice and insurance defense cases in Jacksonville, Florida, and now uses these experiences to attain the best possible results for his clients.
