Pausha Taghdiri is a litigation attorney with practice areas focused on general liability insurance defense as well as labor and employment law matters. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, with a major in Criminology, Law, and Society. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Following his graduation from law school, Pausha began working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit covering Orange and Osceola Counties, where he prosecuted violent and non-violent criminal cases in county, juvenile, and circuit court. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Pausha gained civil litigation experience at a national law firm, handling a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour violations, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Before joining WRG, Pausha worked at a boutique law firm in downtown Orlando, handling a diverse array of civil litigation cases, while specializing in employment litigation matters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two children.
