Partner Eric Netcher Participates in Panel Discussion at the 2020 Bench Bar Conference

Founding partner Eric Netcher recently participated in a panel discussion regarding appellate oral arguments at the Orange County Bar Association’s 2020 Bench Bar Conference. The presentation was part of the Conference’s Appellate CLE track. Eric joined Judge Meredith Sasso of the Fifth District Court of Appeal and Judge Paetra Brownlee of the Ninth Judicial Circuit on the panel. The engaging discussion covered a variety of issues ranging from oral argument preparation, the importance of oral argument in the decision-making process, improving oral argument performance, and ways that judges and lawyers alike can make the most of oral argument.
