Two More Appellate Victories for Walker Revels

Walker Revels founding Partner Eric Netcher achieved two appellate victories today. The first came in a difficult case with challenging facts and a nuanced legal issue involving the scope of the tort duty owed by a lead agency for community based care. After an engaging oral argument, the Second District Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s dismissal in favor of our client. Just moments later, the Fifth District Court of Appeal issued an opinion in a separate appeal in favor of our clients that reverses in part a trial court’s order regarding dismissal after the death of a party to a lawsuit. We are thrilled to have achieved these victories on behalf of our clients!
