DeWitt Revels is a civil litigation trial attorney and a founding partner of Walker, Revels & Greninger. A native of Bradford County, Florida, he enlisted in the United States Army before earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa in 2002. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2009, where he served on the Business Law Journal.
DeWitt is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida trial and appellate courts. His practice focuses on guiding clients through complex legal matters from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeal, with particular emphasis on first-party property, general liability, and workers’ compensation.
Before attending law school, DeWitt served as an infantry officer in the United States Army. A highly decorated veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he earned a Bronze Star with “V” device for valor in combat, as well as two additional Bronze Stars for meritorious service. DeWitt recently retired from the Florida Army National Guard, culminating his military career as a Lieutenant Colonel and Infantry Battalion Commander.
Committed to serving others, DeWitt remains active in his community through volunteer legal aid and other service-focused initiatives.
