Alexander Muszynski, III has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984. He is qualified and admitted to practice law in all Florida courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law. Al has been rated “AV Preeminent” the highest designation by Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years.
Al is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Orlando Claims Association, Aviation Insurance Association, Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. His insurance defense practice focuses on third-party liability, general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, electrical contact incidents and aviation liability matters including first party claims and lawsuits. He is an active and current general aviation pilot for almost 50 years. He is a lifelong resident of Orlando, Florida.
