Born and raised in Orlando, Tayler graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts, before earning her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Tayler was actively involved in the Child and Family Law Journal, where she served both as an associate editor and later as Editor in Chief. During her time at the journal, she authored an article discussing the gaps in legislation for juvenile defendants during custodial interrogation and their rights under Miranda, which was published by the journal.
Tayler gained invaluable experience clerking in civil litigation and workers’ compensation insurance defense during law school. This hands-on experience sharpened her skills and deepened her understanding of the intricacies of these areas of law. Tayler now focuses her practice on insurance defense, with a special focus on workers’ compensation.
